Community DNA

Development decision support

Know the property. Understand the community. See what matters before more money moves.

Community DNA brings property records, public data, schools, walkability, safety, local assets, the development network, findings and readiness together — in a Snapshot!

What Community DNA does

Community DNA is a web application for developers, municipalities, economic-development teams, real-estate professionals and other decision-makers evaluating a property, neighborhood, corridor or community. Users enter a property address, and the application researches and organizes available public records, population and economic context, bounded nearby assets, government and development-network information, evidence gaps, readiness findings, funding/support opportunities and report-ready supporting information into one structured workspace.

Why teams use it

Community Intelligence — in a Snapshot.

Understand the place

Bring available property, municipal, demographic, economic, resilience and surrounding-community context into one decision workspace.

Know who matters

See source-backed public agencies, decision-makers, development organizations, local/surrounding assets and other relevant people or groups found during the analysis.

See the gaps before you spend more

Review documented strengths, challenges, readiness signals, source gaps and professional checks before major acquisition or development decisions.

Before you start

What do you need to start?

View what you’ll need
  • Your organization/account setup, so Community DNA knows who owns the workspace.
  • One property or place address — that is the analytical starting input.
  • Community DNA verifies the location and determines the applicable analysis lens from the address and available public records.
  • You review the source-backed results; you are not asked to supply community ratings, narratives, stakeholder scores or analytical classifications.

Community DNA does not require an EIN, D-U-N-S number, UEI, state-registration number or business-verification document to create the workspace.

Your workspace stays yours.

Organization setup simply establishes which business, agency or team owns the workspace, who manages it and where reports and billing belong. Your organization information is not automatically made public.

Where Community DNA stops

Early-stage intelligence, not a substitute for a careful professional review.

Community DNA is not a property valuation, title search, survey, zoning opinion, engineering report, environmental opinion or guarantee that a project will succeed. It is a source-backed first-pass intelligence and readiness tool designed to help identify what deserves deeper professional review.
