Who operates Community DNA
Community DNA is operated by What's Poppin' USA Ltd Co (WPUSA Brands). This policy explains how Community DNA handles personal account information and organization-owned information used in the service.
Personal account information
We process information needed to create, authenticate, secure, and administer your personal Community DNA account. This may include your name, email address, job title, telephone number, organization membership, role, account preferences, subscription, purchase, or access status, authentication records, and technical information needed for security and service operation.
Organization information
Organizations may provide organization name, business address, website, telephone number, locations, authorized contacts, user invitations, role assignments, and related account-governance information. Community DNA assigns an internal customer identifier to the organization. Organization workspace information is treated as an organization record and is not automatically deleted when one individual user leaves.
Community, property, and report information
Community DNA processes the property address and the property, public-data, mapped-asset, government/development-network, source, scoring, next-step, funding, report, comparison, and client-access information Community DNA retrieves or generates to provide the service. Some report or account information may describe proposed or confidential business activity. Organization users are responsible for controlling access to their saved reports and account-level information.
Public and third-party source data
After a property address is submitted, Community DNA may process information obtained from government agencies, municipalities, public databases, mapping providers, research sources, commercial providers, or other third parties to build the Community DNA analysis. Source, date, and geography information may be saved with the Community DNA record so users can see where a data point came from.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Community DNA; authenticate users; maintain organization roles and permissions; verify property locations; collect available property, public, market, mapped-asset, government, development-network, safety, education, infrastructure, and other research context; calculate source-backed scores using the Community DNA methodology; generate reports and comparisons; process purchases and access rights; provide collaboration and client-delivery features; investigate misuse or fraud; maintain change history; support users; and improve reliability.
AI-assisted and research features
When a user chooses an AI-assisted, research, or connected-data feature, the information reasonably necessary to complete that request may be processed by Wix.com Ltd. and the applicable AI, search, data, or connected-service provider. Do not submit information to those features unless you are authorized to share it and the feature is appropriate for that information.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, file storage, connected services, mapping, notifications, AI, internet research, security, or other service operations. Providers receive information as needed to perform the applicable service and may have their own terms and privacy obligations.
Organization visibility and collaboration
Organization Primary users can manage organization access. Reviewers may be permitted to view community records, comment or suggest, view reports, or download reports depending on the permissions assigned by the Organization Primary. Comments, suggestions, report activity, and audit records may remain attributed to the person who created them even after that person's individual account is removed.
External sharing
Community DNA does not automatically make an organization's Community DNA record public. A user may choose to download, print, email, publish, or share a report or other material. When a user directs an external disclosure, information may leave Community DNA and become subject to the recipient's systems and practices. Community DNA cannot remotely retrieve copies already downloaded or received by a third party.
Privacy preferences
Your Profile may include controls for optional product or research updates and optional product-usage analytics when those features are offered. Those preferences do not disable communications or records reasonably necessary for authentication, security, fraud prevention, billing, legal notices, account administration, or operation of the service.
Retention and individual account deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain organization and audit records, administer transactions and access rights, protect security, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or other obligations. Deleting an individual user account does not automatically delete the organization, other users, organization-owned community records, saved reports, transaction records, or historical change records. If the deleting user is the Organization Primary, Primary authority must first pass to another eligible active organization user; if no eligible user exists, account deletion may be blocked until another user is active.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and service-provider safeguards intended to protect Community DNA information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their credentials, use appropriate device security, and avoid sending passwords or sensitive information through unsolicited messages.
Your choices and requests
You may manage available personal settings in your Profile and may request deletion of your individual account subject to the organization and retention rules described above. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to whatspoppinusa@gmail.com.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as Community DNA, its providers, or applicable requirements change. When required, material changes will be presented through the service or another reasonable notice method.
